      Avantages

      Good Brand Name and hugeness of the organization. Best IT company to work for in NCR. Good Learning platform for freshers. Good HR practices for maintaining work life balance for employees. A truly women friendly organization, lot of benefits are given to women employees and lot of initiatives are taken to bring forth the women employees which includes even reserved parking space exclusively for women employees. Freshers really get to learn a lot of things here.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of Transparency and communication. No proper career growth path for middle management. Loosing on to personal touch with employees. Compensation should be better.

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
