      Avantages

      Pression pas trop élevée malgré le travail en SOC, collègues sympas, Acceptent facilement le temps partiel

      Inconvénients

      Salaire bas pour le niveau de connaissance requis. Certains clients peuvent ne pas s'aligner avec vos valeurs (matières premières, banques condamnées pénalement)

      Avantages

      Good exposure to all kinds of customers allowing to experience a wide range of technologies and types of organizations. Work is diverse.

      Inconvénients

      No management commitment to employees well-being and weak to nonexistent technical leadership. Almost no planning nor engineering roadmap. Overall lack of transparency from management on company activity / investors / business goals. No career progression possible for technical roles since there is a single type of position where you do everything. Compensation is pretty low and also incoherent between employees for the same job responsibilities / experience / education. 100% centralized decision making "top-down style".
