      Avantages

      I have such wonderful bosses. I love working for this family of companies. If I had a choice to move to a different company I wouldn't.

      Inconvénients

      It's hard to keep good front desk agents and housekeepers that do a good job. The starting salary needs to come up or there needs to be room for bonuses. They need incentive.

      Avantages

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Inconvénients

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
