Avantages
It's close to Starbucks and that's the only positive. It's sad and disappointing to have to give this kind of review but what a relief to be out of there.
Inconvénients
The upper management does not have a clue. IT is the biggest joke ever. BA's do not give requirements, testing is minimal as a result and not the fault of the testers. Nearly every deadline is missed or jumbled together with minimal pieces. JUST AWFUL!! Time and time again "it will get better, we're growing" and it's false. Nothing gets better and the next reduction in force is always just a few months away. Chronic layoffs and zero job stability are the norm. This was the most embarrassing place I ever worked and people in IT around town know just what a joke they are.
