      No HR No incentives Salary structure changes without any prior notice All Show off Expect Biasedness

      Inconvénients

      They do not even have any HR of their own. They outsourced it. Every month the salary is deducted without any reason and as an employee we are not sure whom to complain because of their ungrateful Outsourced HRs.

      If you possess the remarkable talent of being a "Yes" person to the almighty MD/Manager/Tech Lead (all rolled into one), and if you can muster the strength to laugh at their oh-so-hilarious jokes, then congratulations! You're on the fast track to being adored and, who knows, maybe even getting a golden ticket to recognition.

      Inconvénients

      Ah, the dream workplace! Where there's no HR to bother you, no incentives to motivate you, no promotions to strive for, no vision to guide you, no growth to look forward to, no management to manage, no workflow to follow, and no actual work to do. And let's not forget the cherry on top: software engineer moonlighting as Key Account Manager duties. Truly, it's all show and no go!
