Poor management from a top bosses that don't care about the team

There is none. run run run

It's this type of company that takes you for a short contract all the time, they promise you a lot of things later. If we like you we're gonna discuss the salary and give you a raise. Heard it at the job interview? Yeah, me too. It's this type of salary that is enough to stay and not leave immediately and it's better than McDonalds but not enough to enjoy life. You invest a lot because you think they will keep you later, but the joke is on you if you believe it. They say all the time we're a family. Ugh. The people that stay for long contracts are exactly the ideal types for this company: uneducated poor emigrants, single mothers that stay at this job because it's better than McDonalds, KFC or Burger King. It's exactly an illusion of a white collar job instead of a blue collar job. What I experienced during my short contract are lots of people leaving after one week, sometimes 2 days (!). And they still lay you off at the end. They hire another naive person and the cycle starts again. Maybe that's how you make a hamster run in his own wheel. I don't know. Maybe Capitalism got so nasty now that it's not triggering anymore. I also experienced a lots of dishonest situation, where a manager lies or puts someone on a target to fire him and take his spot. The general managers are not aware that they have these types of situation where some people gaslight and lie straight t their faces. Or maybe they do and they don't care. The nighshifts are inhumane. You work from midnight till 8AM for whole week! and then sometimes they put you one single day to rest but it's only 10H from your next shift. Good luck recovering from that. It's so damaging to your mental and physical healh. You shouldn't sacrifice yourself for that job. It's really not worth it. For future candidates, don't get manipulated and believe it's where you're gonna be. If you do accept please look for another better job. Good luck to you.
