      Avantages

      The culture of the organization, as a whole, is not comparable. It is a very good environment and many people can move within the organization if they are patient enough.

      Inconvénients

      Avoid any role within the HR department at the HMH location. Management will tell you lies to keep you satisfied and gas light you when you bring certain issues up to their attention.

      Avantages

      Great perks, small bonuses, fair salary adjustments for cost of living and market adjustments; PTO is fair; health benefits are good but you have to stay within HM network, good remote WFH opportunities if you work for IT or analytics; good executive leadership in Dr. Boom

      Inconvénients

      Challenging commute if you have to be in office; perhaps specific to department, but group restructured a couple of times, leading to uncertainty and communication issues
