Thank you for your honest feedback. All our current roles are all work from office roles. We have found that productivity and quality of work are drastically better when we work from the office. But we do take your feedback about working from home and will explore this option in the future. Currently, we are experimenting with contracting work-from-home roles (not employment) and putting the processes in place for this. Wishing you all success in HummingBird and beyond!
