Avantages

Great Café. Workout facility. Pretty clean mfg floor. Good job for stepping stone. but.....be ready to move on ASAP. Management and higher level employees have legacy blinders on; workforce structure does not promote critical thinking. Actually have been known to punish thru passive means (ie. special projects, advancement, education given to those least likely to question the system).

Inconvénients

Favoritism by management bordering on corruption. Good ol' boys club. Try to innovate and you will be targeted for blacklist. Evident sexism. HR is clueless about social-political roadblocks, or choose to do nothing because they are subject to the same limitations (hint: broken at the highest level).

Avantages

Bon salaire, certains pourraient dire supérieur à la moyenne du secteur. De très bons congés payés, pas de microgestion, des gens formidables avec qui travailler.

Inconvénients

La charge de travail est assez folle. Tout est question de résultats et de mesures de performance. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de mentorat ou de développement de carrière. C'est une attitude de type « couler ou nager ». La structure salariale n'encourage pas la collaboration d'équipe entre les groupes de vente internes, même si c'est ce que la direction encourage. Vous devez rivaliser avec vos propres collègues.

Avantages

Honestly, my coworkers are the only reason I'm still here.

Inconvénients

Forced unpaid furlough. No increase in PTO after being with the company for a significant chunk of years. Insurance through the company is so bad most places don't accept it anymore-dentists, doctors, PT's. Recently reverted all their hybrid work policies, despite years (5+) of successful WFH, everyone must go in the office full time. As a global company, they're constantly trying to cut costs by hiring interns instead of full time ppl or hiring ppl in countries that are cheaper. The office in America has the lowest number of holidays out of all the other offices (Bolton, Lux, etc). The holiday's are religiously based. Every time the company is bought, big changes occur-like this latest change of making everyone go in the office full time. DEI is superficial.
