- The culture is extremely toxic, burnout and turnover are huge in Ingleburn / Sydney - Australia site. In the last 2 years more than 5 workers left the operations team, and supervisors are resigning every year. - The job was advertised as supervisor afternoon shift but when arrive it is necessary to handle night shift team too. - Burnout. In 12 months left to manage 3 shifts between 5 to 6 months and then expected top performance from just 1 supervisor in a company operating 24hs Monday to Friday. - No support from management working from home most of the Mondays and Fridays and operators don’t see the presence on the production floor. It’s just delegating tasks and pointing fingers when things go wrong. - It doesn’t invest in hiring more people to look after the business creating burnout. - No action plan for the mental health and well-being of employees. - Former supervisor under mental health plan with psychologist due to amount of stress and no exit interview was done after this was mentioned.
