There has been a ton of change since the previous reviews were written. The CEO listed for this company hasn't been the CEO for probably ten years. -Fun technology -Very nice, really sharp people -Lots of fun work events! Top Golf, escape rooms, curling, rafting, happy hours. There's an average of one fun event every other month or so. It's great! -Realistically, it's probably the best company I've ever worked for. Just fun, earnest, hardworking people and cool products.

-Being a public company at this size can lead to extra work and unique challenges. -The traffic control industry moves very slowly, so in many ways ISS is ahead of the market.

Small company with amazing global reach. Opportunities to contribute significantly often arise. Interesting technologies, good challenge for engineers. ISS has good reputation in transportation industry. Competitors respect ISS. Great domestic and international partners.

Unusual for such a small company to be public--quarterly pressures sometimes get in the way of building for the future. Work atmosphere can be highly dependent upon executive team, though strong middle managers can make a difference. Success of legacy products, and large install base, has created inertia which often hampers ability to respond quickly to competitive demands, with limited resources available.
