      The atmosphere and people who you work with are great. That’s about it.

      Inconvénients

      Zero flexibility. The owners will tell you anything to get you in the door for work. Other than the base pay, the other benefits are not there.

      The emotional toll of working here outweighed any potential benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership created a stressful and miserable work environment. One owner frequently displayed controlling and erratic behavior, making it difficult to feel valued or supported. The other owner, though more passive, contributed to the toxic culture by enabling this behavior and occasionally displaying her own condescending and controlling tendencies. Constructive feedback or collaboration was rare, leading to a culture of negativity and fear, rather than growth and respect.
