There are a few individuals within the organization who demonstrate professionalism and are enjoyable to work with.

These issues were known within leadership but were not meaningfully addressed. Additionally, there is a significant lack of direction, alignment, and consistency within the marketing function, with frequent shifts in expectations and priorities without a clear or cohesive strategy.
