      - Smart, hard-working coworkers who care about education - Genuinely care about student success - Responding to other reviews, I know senior leadership has personally gone without pay during the pandemic in order to help others in the company - Young and vibrant culture

      Inconvénients

      - Some uncertainty with coronavirus and int'l education (current pay cuts) - Counselor retention and consistency

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Inconvénients

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
