1. Middle Management is not good . As the team size has increased few of the team directors are not qualified to lead the team. No new ideas or process been put to improve.
2. No work life balance , calls peoples and litrally quote to work on weekend.
3. Not a good company for the developers its just an another asset or replacable asset.
4. Verbal Abuse.
5. Mass resignation in teams due to workload and unprofessional management.
6. Middle management doesnot safe guard or stands for the fellow teams and blame for any issues that comes in ! THIS IS THE WORST .
