      Avantages

      Company policies are good, HR team are active and actually try helping employees. CEO is a 5 star , great person, great knowledge about the industry, knows pain points. A great Entrepreneur and Bussiness Man.

      Inconvénients

      1. Middle Management is not good . As the team size has increased few of the team directors are not qualified to lead the team. No new ideas or process been put to improve. 2. No work life balance , calls peoples and litrally quote to work on weekend. 3. Not a good company for the developers its just an another asset or replacable asset. 4. Verbal Abuse. 5. Mass resignation in teams due to workload and unprofessional management. 6. Middle management doesnot safe guard or stands for the fellow teams and blame for any issues that comes in ! THIS IS THE WORST .

      Avantages

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Inconvénients

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
