      -Fun/friendly workforce -Lenient job requirements -Horizontal growth -Friday lunch

      Inconvénients

      -Low compensation -Bad insurance options -Inexperienced/ineffective upper management -Inability to adapt organization to SAAS model -"Yes-man" culture -AWFUL new product -Blaming sales for their awful new product -Not listening to any feedback on their awful new product -Did I mention that the new product is awful?

      Great work environment for a fully remote company! Senior engineers and management were supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation was fair when compared to the national average but not competitive in region (Seattle metropolitan area)
