Toxic and unprofessional leadership: The boss frequently cusses at employees and shows a serious lack of respect. Disrespect towards customers: Behind their backs, customers are regularly referred to as "idiots" and other degrading terms, showing zero respect or appreciation for their business. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company’s ethics. Leadership bias: The boss, a member of the diaspora, looks down on native Ghanaians, adding to the uncomfortable and disrespectful work environment. Inadequate compensation: On top of the low salaries, there are no bonuses or incentives, even during the holiday season when the workload increases.
