Avantages

Engineering and development are super bright. They move fast and have a great product.

Inconvénients

The Tampa sales org struggles with two issues: inexperience and an exclusionary culture that leadership has yet to meaningfully address. From an execution standpoint, there's little being done in brand building or inbound lead generation. When results fall short, the response is to blame reps for lacking hustle and turn to firing and rehiring, rather than examining the underlying problems. The culture is just as problematic. Hiring feels less like finding the best people and more like building an inner circle, with senior leaders bringing in former colleagues and people who align with their preferred way of doing business. As an example - whether this is true or not, the perception is - If you're not golfing with senior leaders in the Tampa, you're not going to get support, and your career there probably isn't going anywhere.

Avantages

I’m still early in my time at inforcer, but it has been a really positive experience so far. The onboarding has been thoughtful and well-structured, with plenty of opportunities to understand the business, the product, and how different teams contribute to the bigger picture. Beyond onboarding, the team has been incredibly welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely excited about the work we’re doing. There’s a strong sense of momentum across the company, and it’s clear that people care about building something meaningful for MSPs and the broader IT channel. Leadership feels accessible, the culture feels supportive, and there is a good balance of ambition and kindness.

Inconvénients

Because I’m still new (4 weeks in), I don’t have a long-term view yet. Like any growing company, there is a lot to learn quickly, and the pace can feel fast at times. That said, the team has been supportive and willing to help, which makes the ramp-up feel very manageable.
