      Avantages

      In the last few years I have learnt many things which helped me in my professional & personal upgradation. Apart from the work I have had a time with fun and frolic. strong team of skilled employee is their strength so you will grow a lot in tough competition I have already refered my close friends to be a part of Infoway and would do so again

      Inconvénients

      1) canteen & meal facility is not that good. 2) Leave policy needs improvement. In case of public holiday+weekend+leave it gets included altogether which creates problem 3) The extra bonus from client does not go totally to the concerned marketing executive but adds for department.

      Avantages

      I've worked at Infoway a couple years --great culture focused on knitting (working together); have maintained it well given the wave of growth --all the basic benefits (decent medical/vision, free meals) --lots of potential for the company's success --lots of nice coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Yes, Every company has owned few, so Infoway is one of them, but as an employee, this is our duty as well to make those cons into pros, we just can't show up and complain about everything around us just like we blame our life for everything. But canteen could be more innovative I hope :-P
