Avantages

Exposure to oil field and networking technologies and starlink integration. Provided work truck and tools. Relocation assistance. Decent support for high level technicians.

Inconvénients

Steady decline in work environment (arguably toxic now). Extremely high turnover rate for field technicians (arguably one of the highest in market). Management does not respect contractual agreements nor verbal agreements. Management has lied about many work policies (truck monitoring and disciplinary actions; will soft suspend with no notification). Highly variable work schedule with not much consistency, not ideal for family or free time.

Avantages

If you are looking for a place with fair pay, room for advancement, and allows you to speak up and feel heard, this is the place for you. I have been here over 4 years and I have learned a ton while growing with the company. More importantly, I know that if I have a concern, leadership is quick to address it and unlike working at a much larger company, they truly listen and take feedback well.

Inconvénients

None come to mind at this point.

Avantages

Good exposure to oil fields and emerging technologies.

Inconvénients

Bad culture and will fire you any small little mistakes, even though they are common. Their unrealistic expectations are ridiculous.
