This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere where employees do not feel equally respected or supported. Management lacks professionalism in communication and decision-making. Feedback is inconsistent, and there is little structured support for junior employees, making it difficult to grow or succeed. Overall, the environment is stressful, discouraging, and not aligned with a fair or merit-based workplace.
