      Avantages

      Forma parte de uno de los grupo más grande en la industria de la publicidad y medios. Existe un gran ambiente laboral; espacios y canales de comunicación abiertos. Se preocupan en el desarrollo integral de los colaboradores (cursos de capacitación de medios, de habilidades directivas/liderazgo, impacto social, etc). El paquete de prestaciones es superior a los de ley.

      Inconvénients

      Los horarios pueden variar y en algunos momentos dependiendo de cada cliente, las jornadas pueden ser más largas; estas son situaciones esporádicas.

      Avantages

      Prior to the Omnicom takeover, employees had monthly wellness days,every conceivable public holiday off plus a full week in August off for employee appreciation and then between Xmas and New years the offices were closed. Salaries were satisfactory. They did try to staff teams accordingly, only to have them taken away.

      Inconvénients

      vacation time and holiday time off is now downsized. Next to no remote employment. Back to office is 3 days and space in the offices is limited. Due to merger layoffs, more work for those who are left, and salaries are not as robust to lure new candidates. No warning on dept downsizing, they all say " I knew nothing"
