      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. It’s really disappointing to see the disgruntled ex-employee reviews in here. Management is very friendly, knowledgable and hardworking. Customer service is priority and pay is fair.

      Inconvénients

      Customers in every field imaginable, so it’s hard to be able to focus on a single rate of expertise. Because of the close knit SMB business style, bad employees are given too many opportunities to correct their flaws when they should’ve let them go.

      Fast paced environment with the most skilled professionals in the area. The technology solutions provided by Inline are cutting edge and they possess the skills to solve any problem. The diversity of their client base lends to the opportunity to support everything from major carrier architecture to complex cloud based solutions. They run their data centers and provide a plethora of unique services to their clients. Everything that they do is tailored to their clients specific needs. Their Longview engineers are the most talented I’ve ever met, and anyone who works here will gain more knowledge than they ever imagined.

      Inconvénients

      Some travel required but not often. It’s sometimes hard to keep up with the complexity and workload of projects.

      Great starting point for an IT career You have the opportunity to learn so many different aspects of the industry.

      Inconvénients

      Pay rates tend to be low for most positions. Typical corporate culture. No performance incentives. Doesn't value customer relationships.
