      Work from home Non-micromanaging Great coworkers despite being remote

      Inconvénients

      Can never move up. Management butters you up, telling you how great you are and how they want you to move up and then never do after half a decade of putting in your all. They also will stop you from changing programs by telling you the other growth opportunities in different programs are horrible. They also do not help contract employees reach permanency after YEARS.

      They give you a lot of responsibilities and you can always ask for more They are very flexible with the schedule

      Avantages

      Company overall vision is good. It aligned with my values which made it great to work for a organization like Innomar.

      Inconvénients

      The department was not very team friendly. There was no growth and low paid.
