      Great people & culture - staff genuinely see themselves as part of the same team Knowledge sharing Opinions are heard and considered Strong Company Values which is role modeled by MD Highly innovative Reward & Recognition - performance mgmt takes into account the softer skills Very supportive

      Inconvénients

      Since CCL acqusition, there is a level on uncertainty on what this means for our global business. WIll there continue to be global allignment across all 3 plants. Legacy issues - due to poor mgmt in the past Cost pressures which have increased since acquisition by CCL

      People are great, Long term employment security.

      Inconvénients

      pay is not all that high and is very hard to move up.
