      Inconvénients

      stagnant career growth especially if you are not in management not competitive salaries/compensation expected to work very long hours. Sometimes even on week-ends.

      Avantages

      Inphi was the best company that I worked with over the years. Great team, great products, and spectacular execution under a fantastic CEO.

      Inconvénients

      I really have no negative comments, except we sold to Marvell, and the ride was over.
