It's a small firm so you get to see the inner workings of the company. In addition, you also get direct exposure to managing directors.
Inconvénients
Like most places, after working for a few years (1-2), the opportunity to learn isn't there. In addition, depending on what level there is some admin work involved as well as cold calling.
