      Avantages

      I've been treated like an important member of the team since my very first day. The people are wonderful; everyone is eager to help each other out, and management is open and responsive to feedback. The environment is casual, scheduling is flexible, and the ability to work from home is a plus. It's obvious that management really cares about employees' personal and professional growth, and are invested in your success.

      Inconvénients

      It's a small team working at a fast pace, which I personally prefer, but things can feel a bit rushed and disorganized at times.

As you know, we have a fairly extensive interview process to ensure that we are finding the right people and putting them in the right seat. Once on board, we want to make sure that we are listening to and responding to your feedback and ideas. I agree that we are moving at a fast pace and that it can feel disorganized at times, especially when we are attempting new things. Please make sure to speak up where you think there is opportunity/need for more planning, clarity, or prioritization so that we can continue to evolve and grow better.       Avantages

      Culture, Team, Core Values, support from management, and the opportunity for growth. I would highly recommend being a part of this team.

      Inconvénients

      This company gives you the resources to get the job done, it cares about the well-being of their employees and I find it difficult to find cons.

      Avantages

      I have over 27 years of international customer service experience and nowhere have I found such an amazing and inspiring environment to be a part of. The work/life balance is encouraged and I leave work every day inspired. I can honestly say I don't mind Mondays. WE have a lot of fun but work our butts off at the same time... and that's cause we want to support our customers and encourage each other to be our best selves.

      Inconvénients

      We lack the space to fully spread our wings without over lapping on our departmental neighbors. I reference noise more then physical space. Also, our space does not allow for a large meeting setting or for departments to relocate within the space as processes change. (On a side note: We are moving locations to an awesome wide open space in June).

      Hey, thanks for the killer review! I really do believe that we have the best team in the Triangle and I thank you for being a part of it. In regard to the space, hopefully our new space has provided some "wing spreading" ability. We are definitely benefitting from more space for company meetings as well as private spaces for head down work. Thank for the patience throughout the move and if you feel as if there is something you need to make the space work for you better, please let us know.
