Avantages
ING is a very reputable company, one of the largest insurer's in Canada. The people who work there are all very friendly and generally willing to help.
Inconvénients
Little to no recognition is given for a job- if it even gets reviewed. There does not seem like much possibility for advancement or career development through the company that is publicly advertised anyways. There is little or no effort made towards technical evolution- the company seems to be happy to continue doing things the way they have always been done and suggestions to do otherwise are not generally received well. They should recognize this in order to become better overall as a company.
