Avantages
Canadian owned. Senior leadership was friendly enough but talk about Ivory Tower syndrome, Great pension, stock options but nothing else to write home about
Inconvénients
Well, first let's start with the head office location. Terribly far from brokers and clients. Also, the pay wasn't the greatest although this is clearly subjective. Middle management was not always capable/competent/qualified. Lack of leadership at the top (former RSA people)
