Avantages
I truly enjoy working at Intact. The pay and benefits were above my expectations when I was first hired. My supervisor goes out of her way to make sure any questions or concerns are answered, and although my immediate team works in another office and state, I never feel left out or like I'm not part of that team. Even the coworkers in my local office make me feel included and as much a part of their team as my own. There are ample opportunities to expand training and knowledge within the job. I love that they are willing to let people cross train in any area they might be interested in, instead of limiting you to what you are allowed to "dabble in". The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly but work focused. I love that the office gets everyone together on occasion for lunch-ins, games, and celebratory moments. It's a very laid back and relaxing environment. I think it's amazing that they offer classes through The Institutes to allow people to better themselves and expand their knowledge to be able to apply to their jobs. Lastly, one of my favorite things about working at Intact is the hybrid schedule. I love being able to still work from home some, but get a chance to come into the office and have some social interaction with my coworkers.
Inconvénients
The only downside I can really think of at the moment is the fact that my assigned team does not work in the same office as me. It would be nice to be able to have some face-to-face interaction with everyone, but we do talk plenty on teams so it's not too bad.
