      Avantages

      Offers life insurance and HMO coverage for a maximum of three beneficiaries.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary. Upskilling with just a day notice. Unit managers are not responsive to inquiries promptly. Daily follow-ups are necessary even for urgent matters. They continue to hire despite being overstaffed. Once you complete your first year with the company, they seek out faults to justify termination, thereby avoiding salary increases.

      The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
