      salary on time. job security(not sure though)

      Inconvénients

      its mostly service based company. you can not work from home but after working hours you can work from home. If you are at client location HR can not/will not do anything for you

      Culture Pay and package Business set up NO weight on relationship Too much reliance on Indian operations over regional focus Gender and Racial balance needs addressing urgently 20 days holiday! 60 hr weeks, weekend work expected with compensation
