      There are good developers but due to politics everyone works separately

      Inconvénients

      Lots of politics and back biting. No cooperation with manager and management doesn't care about managers and no directions

      Culture Pay and package Business set up NO weight on relationship Too much reliance on Indian operations over regional focus Gender and Racial balance needs addressing urgently 20 days holiday! 60 hr weeks, weekend work expected with compensation
