      This is my first company in my career and has great time working here best work culture with senior people treating you with all the respect and the hikes is also good comparing the other product based company.

      The work from home policy is removed that's the only con i see

      Culture Pay and package Business set up NO weight on relationship Too much reliance on Indian operations over regional focus Gender and Racial balance needs addressing urgently 20 days holiday! 60 hr weeks, weekend work expected with compensation
