-Worst management I’ve ever seen in my life -Misleading about hours given -Awful at giving feedback -Barely any training -Gaslighting employees

It is a quiet, monotonous routine with little variation. A straightforward and repetitive task translating documents.

Inconvénients

It's very redundant laborious work. Staffing is based on favoritism. Ambiguous environment.
