      Avantages

      All hands calls and company updates happen more regularly and management seem to be a lot more aligned to what the company can actually do rather than what they want the employees to do. Also town halls are helpful to air questions and get answers on the spot.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes being all remote can be somewhat isolating and there is a loss in collaboration. Wish we can get together more often to work in person.

      The company paves the way for doers who want to be productive. Positive contributions are always noted and usually rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      As a growing company comprised of multiple acquisitions, things can feel disorganized at times, but management is always working towards solving issues.

      Most peers were helpful and friendly. Pay is average.

      Inconvénients

      Owned by private equity firm when I worked there, may be better now that it has been bought by another company.
