      Its My Second Home , Looks Successful for employee , understand human rescores employee , all department works as a team .

      Inconvénients

      need more improve with TL to success and chive a goal to customer , and need to meet all customer and discuss how they can give more support , to see and help customer to give more and more to go a head without customer ask , also to update the customer for new technology .

      Avantages

      Part of INOAC and Johnson Controls. A growing company at this time. Expanding into the Southern United States.

      Inconvénients

      Being automotive manufacturing there are swings in this industry that cause layoffs and overloads of work as the pendulum swings each way. Intertec is part of this system.

      Avantages

      While it is steadily slipping away, it still features small company charm and agility with support from JCI's manufacturing base and Inoac's foreign relationships.

      Inconvénients

      It has basically become a division within JCI without full financial support and layers of inefficiency that wouldn't exist if it were actually a divison.
