Also at IK, there are various monthly & quarterly R&R to bring out your best self. This is really motivating. 5. People - The people over here are absolute brilliant and approachable. Even in remote work environment, you won't feel alone. The environment here is really fun and cheerful. The main USP of IK is its founders.
