      Avantages

      - The team initially seemed open to feedback and project discussions. - Meetings and reviews were collaborative during the development process.

      Inconvénients

      -After completing the project as agreed, the company unilaterally decided to pay only 50% of the contracted amount. - Communication was cut off without explanation (my email was blocked). - No one on the team raised concerns about scope or quality during the process. - Payment was delayed for over a month before this outcome.

      Avantages

      The company allows you to own things: and that is the culture instilled within the company. You own stuff.

      Inconvénients

      Most often, decisions are made haphazardly. Things can be fast, but they are too fast most often. Do X. So you try to do X given the limited resources. You operationalize, and that takes time. You execute, and that also takes time. You run out of time. Then the question of "what are the results" come out even without enough time.
