Avantages
Only one: large scale projects that help junior engineers gain work experience
Inconvénients
- Salaries are pretty low, the possibility of a salary raise is close to zero and it mostly depends on factors that have nothing to do with your work - Fake promises regarding salary raise are made all the time just to keep people from leaving sooner - Vast majority of managers have no idea of how to do their job, so you usually get their job done, they get salary raises, bonuses, etc. Be grateful for the chance you had to serve them - In case you are a thinking person in 2020 and you want to feel free to express your opinion in a technical or organizational matter, please don't. They want robots! - When overtime is required, it may appear that you have a choice of not doing overtime, but believe me you have no choice eventually - There is a certain case where your pretty Facebook profile pic might help you to get hired. It might be your lucky day! - Projects are delivered incidentally, no structure exists in the majority of them - Let't talk about Patra's branch: dirty building, lack of basic functionalities, rude and unprofessional behavior in upper management, toxic environment, lack of ethical values, everyone gossips around, immoral behavior on almost daily basis - HR has completely left out the term 'human'. It just exists because of necessity and obligation due to the size of the company. When it comes to actual human resource matters, HR is left out of the game - If you are a junior engineer willing to know and work overtime to prove your value join them - If you are a person with no work ethics, who likes to gossip around, you will be a good match
