Avantages
At InventHelp, there is a sense of group responsibility. When I was a new staff member, everyone in my department and even some in other departments made it a priority not only to train and educate me, but to make me feel like I was at home. This can be said for every new hire we bring in. The work is interesting and varies from day to day. It is also a very rewarding position and the management always takes the opportunity to say "good job" when it is due. I've had chances to travel, to make my opinions heard even has a junior staff member, and to complete rewarding community service.
Inconvénients
I'm struggling to think of any cons of working at InventHelp. The office building is dated and could use some updates. However, I have no complaints about the work, business, structure, or people.
