      While at OFI, benefits and work-life balance was very good.

      Inconvénients

      Still a good-ol'-boys club, and probably more so now that it is Invesco.

      Great opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry. Lots of grunt work to build a solid foundation and understanding of multi-asset investing.
