Réponse de Inviqa
2yIt's taken me a while to respond to this review, because there is a lot here to reply to, much of which is very surprising to hear. Firstly, I'm sorry that you were clearly so upset when you left, and that there were obviously a lot of misunderstandings. There has been a lot of turbulence and change since the Havas acquisition, as is always the way with these things, and it's clear that had a really negative effect on you.
I assume from your review that you were part of the XD team. Certainly, we have promoted some people within this team, and across the agency, because we felt they were ready - in the same way that we always have done. In fact, we now have a more measured and thoughtful promotions approach than we did prior to being part of Havas. We have also hired new folks into the team, who are doing really well and enjoying being a part of Inviqa. I'm not sure what is "crazy" about any of that.
In terms of seniors being helpful - our engagement survey results show that one of the top reasons people enjoy working here is the collaborative, helpful colleagues they have - 71% of our people were really positive about our collaboration and communication, and 83% felt their manager genuinely cared about their wellbeing. I'm proud of that culture, and I'm very sorry if your experiences didn't reflect that.
I also want to be clear that we have never promoted anyone simply so we could "charge clients more" - that's quite insulting, actually. We work hand in hand with our clients and that's why we have such good, trusted relationships with them. However, if someone is doing the work of, say, a senior for a client, we think it's fair to recognise that both for the individual via promotion to the level they are working at, and to the client in terms of the value they are getting from that person.
My sense is that regardless of what I say here, it won't make a big difference to how you feel. I am saddened that you feel so negatively about your time here, and I wish you all the best for the future.
