-Product is waaaay behind the competition, and does not deliver what it promises, even Gartner gave a pretty damning verdict with regards to where the company at, which then got very quickly swept under the carpet. feedback to the chief product exec has fallen on deaf ears. its seems as though people are simply covering each others jobs/longevity in the company to benefit off their held stock options, a pretty sad state of affairs. this is the only company i've worked for where the product execs literally shuts down any feedback provided on a company wide product strategy/update call, and insists that the company has already "made a decision" on the product strategy, and feedback was not accepted. - while the concept of collective defense is an unique one, the reality is that customers dont see the value add beyond what existing threat hunters (awesome folks) have to manually hunt/search /find. - the company's strength lies in its technical people, as various other reviewers have alluded to, sadly though these same technical people are leaving in droves seeing how feedback on people/product/processes simply falls on deaf ears. worse still, a large qty of them were let go by the company in the past month due to the inability to justify the headcount, so the company's now lost their biggest assets.... - When you have the HR team on calls, explicitly asking/requesting for folks to provide positive reviews on Glassdoor, and for the first time in years start posting about new hirings on linkedin while staff are leaving in droves at the same time.........you know they're in trouble. - company has missed the sales numbers for EVERY SINGLE QUARTER from the time it was listed, the incompetence of the organization is astounding, it feels like they are just deluding themselves/everyone with regards to sales performance/expectations and the actual traction of the product, and staff are simply biding their time before moving out of this sinking ship - execs have absolutely no idea how to run a business and is simply surviving (if you can call it that) on a c-level exec's star appeal and relationships. Sales execs on the other hand doesnt seem to know what to do other than the usual high level exec type statements. the lack of interest to engage staff on a deeper level beyond the "deal on the table" is apparent in all calls. - company has screwed up tax declarations for staff with regards to stock, resulting in little to zero profit from stock. combine that with the 3 consecutive quarters of missed sales numbers contributing to the low stock price making things even worse, what is there left for existing employees working their butts off? hence the brain drain from the company, with long serving ones selling stock, and the relatively new ones leaving even before the stock options mature.
