Avantages

This firm is not known in the industry.

Inconvénients

Very high turnover. At one point, had weekly hire, fire, or quitting employees for few months straight. It's 160% face time even when you don't have work, the mgt monitors CCTV to see if you are not at your desk or on your phone (if you need to call or text ppl for work, HR will still throw snarky comments at you in front of other colleagues), and HR will walk around to tell you off if she catches you talking to another colleague for longer than 10 seconds. Very political as well. Seriously the worst environment I ever worked.

Inconvénients

There are significantly more cons than pros within the company. Over time, the workplace culture has become increasingly toxic due to a lack of effective leadership and organizational direction. Employees are often expected to handle the workload of multiple people instead of the company investing in adequate staffing support. The turnover rate is high! Accountability is also a concern at multiple levels of management, with blame often being shifted instead of issues being addressed constructively. Internal politics are excessive, and many decisions appear to happen behind the scenes, creating an unhealthy and non-transparent work environment. The company is focused on bringing in people solely based on the relationships! Opportunities for training and professional development are limited, and the company lacks diversity and inclusivity in both culture and leadership. Leadership from the CEO has also been inconsistent at times, with previously agreed-upon decisions or directions frequently changing without clear accountability or communication. Overall, the organization comes across as unprofessional and, at times, unethical in its practices.
