      No good thing working in this company. Should've been bankrupt long ago.

      Inconvénients

      -NO NOTICE PERIOD GIVEN WHEN TERMINATING STAFF. -TOWNHALL HELD IN THE MORNING, THEN STAFF ARE TERMINATED RIGHT AFTER. -NO OVERTIME PAY EVEN WHEN WORKING EXTRA HOURS. -THE CEO AND MANAGERS DUMP ALL THEIR WORK ONTO STAFF. -STAFF ARE CONSTANTLY BLAMED AND SHOUTED AT, EVEN WHEN THE MISTAKES COME FROM THE CEO. -NO SYSTEMATIC RULES IN PLACE — SOPs KEEP CHANGING EVEN BEFORE SIX MONTHS HAVE PASSED. -THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS DAMAGING TO MENTAL HEALTH. -STAFF ARE TREATED LIKE MAIDS WITH NON-WORK-RELATED TASKS. -INTERNS ARE TREATED LIKE RUBBISH, WITH NO RESPECT OR PROPER GUIDANCE.

      Avantages

      Friendly and approachable colleagues who were supportive whenever I needed help. Exposure to the company’s operations and work culture. Learned soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

      Inconvénients

      Many assigned tasks were not directly related to my engineering field, so the technical learning opportunities were limited. Onboarding and guidance could be improved to give interns clearer direction. Career development opportunities for interns were not strongly aligned with academic background.

      Avantages

      Great colleagues. Yup that's all.

      Inconvénients

      - No proper working space - Micromanage. Meeting every morning, Must inform your achievement for yesterday's target and your plan for today's target. - No proper prayer room - Need to use own car to meet clients - Had to work on weekend (got 'homework' to do before Monday) - They set ridiculous target for each staff. - Very high turnover rate ... and the list goes on. Listen to me...run! Accept the offer only if you are desperate.
