Glad to be part of this small start up company... been expose to a lot of things that i wouldn't have been exposed in any other work environment. Everyone helps each other and the list of things I am learning keep getting bigger and bigger. Company has a lot of employee incentives that keep you motivated to do your best.

At to this point i haven't seen a con... may be the fact that office is bit small and sometimes it feels a little to crowded to my taste. beside that, i think the company is a great company.

I have learned a lot with them, I been expose to so many technologies and so many different implementations and the list keeps getting bigger. Small group but they make you feel right at home. Friendly and always willing to help out when you are in a pinch. Company does give you a lot of intensives to try to keep you in your toes, monthly employee of the month perks like gift cards, dinners and so on. oh yeah, they have casual fridays!

The only downsize that Jport , is the office space... sometimes you feel like you are working on a can of tuna. But other than that its a fun place to work.
