      Avantages

      - Jimdo has a good product - The mission to unleash the power of small businesses - You can work fully remotely, no need to be in the office - Trainings and education - Good salary

      Inconvénients

      - Completely incompetent higher management without a clear strategy and plan - Countless restructures - American hire & fire culture - They listen more to external consultants and marketing gurus than following their core values - Absolutely no stability - They don't hesitate of firing talented colleagues with years of experience in the company

      I completely understand that you are upset by the company’s recent decision. To give you some perspective, every business evaluates itself on an ongoing basis to ensure it has the right organizational structure and know-how to propel business growth. In this particular instance to be able to operate a modern, lean full-funnel teams on a global scale we believe we needed to apply structural changes.       Avantages

      Jimdo is a place filled with talented, dedicated people who are myopically focused on achieving their mission of helping their customers be successful. If you're a person looking to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility, be challenged by complex projects and develop your career, this is THE place for you to be. Additionally, Jimdo is incredibly flexible and treats their employees like humans, values diversity, asks for employee's opinions, is super transparent and invests in their employee's development.

      Inconvénients

      Jimdo is in a period of transition and change (almost all for the better). However, you have to know that, and want that. As examples, policies evolve, new people are hired, new products are always launched, tests occur constantly, etc. If you are looking for a place that will allow you to skate by without hard work, this is NOT the place for you.
