      Inconvénients

      Poor senior leadership as per staff surveys. Unfortunately nothing ever done regarding this and restructures that were to the detriment of the organisation losing key experienced staff and leaving others to try and muddle through under added pressure. Absolutely not working by their company values.

      Avantages

      Flexible, hybrid working, good organisational values.

      Inconvénients

      Not being as good an employer as they make out on paper. I think some culture training would be good to ensure people are living the good values of the company while at work, such as compassion, integrity and inclusivity.
